Containers for short distances and interim storage
For the safe transport and interim storage of your biological samples in dry ice or liquid nitrogen.

BioT™ ULT-Transporter
-70°C to -50°C dry-ice-based temperature stability system
The BioT ULT Transporter from BioLife Solutions is a portable solution for handling and transporting your temperature-sensitive, frozen biosamples. The dry ice combined with the transporter forms a temperature-stable system to keep your samples frozen during short transport routes or processing.
Product features:
- Maintains temperatures between lower than -70°C and -50°C for 24 hours with minimal dry ice
- Ideal for freezing samples at the collection site
- Holds up to 8 standard 2-inch cryostorage boxes or 18 cassettes for 250 ml blood bags
- Lightweight, with built-in finger grips for easy carrying
- Intuitive assembly; highly durable materials
The closed-cell high-density polyethylene foam construction of the lid and base chamber is durable, non-absorbent, and remains comfortable to the touch even when the BioT ULT Transporter is loaded with dry ice and frozen materials. The magnetized lid ensures safe transport of the contents. The DIR dry-ice retainer is made of a thermo-conductive aluminum alloy to ensure a longer useful life.

BioT™ LN2 Transporter
-150°C liquid nitrogen transporter
The BioT LN2 Transporter from BioLife Solutions is a portable solution for handling and transporting your temperature-sensitive, frozen biosamples. The liquid nitrogen combined with the transporter forms a temperature-stable system to keep your samples frozen during short transport routes or processing.
Product features:
- Maintains temperatures between lower than -180°C and -150°C for 1.5 to 2 hours
- Ideal for freezing samples at the collection site
- Holds up to 6 standard 2-inch cryostorage boxes or 24 cassettes for 250 ml blood bags
- Lightweight, with built-in finger grips for easy carrying
- Intuitive assembly; highly durable materials

The closed-cell, high-density polyethylene foam construction of the lid and base chamber is durable, non-absorbent, and remains comfortable to the touch even when the BioT LN2 Transporter is loaded with liquid nitrogen and frozen materials. The magnetized lid ensures safe transport of the contents. Adding approx. 2.7 liters of liquid nitrogen to the transporter will lower its temperature within 10 minutes to -150°C or colder.

BioT™ ULT Mobile Workstation
-70°C to -50°C dry-ice-based mobile workstation
The BioT ULT Mobile Workstation from BioLife Solutions is a portable solution for freezing, handling and transporting your frozen and temperature-sensitive biosamples. The dry-ice-based BioT ULT Mobile Workstation provides a secure ultra-low temperature (ULT), -75°C to -50°C work zone for handling or transporting your frozen samples. The patented DIR™ cooling technology ensures that all samples are completely immersed in temperatures below -50°C during the entire operating period. When filled with dry ice, the mobile workstation cools to −50°C within 30 minutes and remains cold for 15 hours with the lid open and no need to refill.
